We are NOT responsible for late, lost
or damaged mail... We rely on the US Postal Service to
do their job, just as you do. If you believe that your mail is
lost, email
us and we will provide a scanned receipt of mailing and a
description of the package so that your post office can conduct
a search.
Please ask yourself these questions before
contacting us:
* Did you provide us with the correct mailing address?
* Is your name listed on your apartment index or mailbox, or
are packages left unsecured in the lobby?
* Has it been 30 days since your order was placed? If you live
outside the USA, the package might be delayed in your own country's
Customs Office.

| If we mistakenly sent you the wrong item or size,
or if after opening a piece of sealed merchandise, you discover
it is missing a part (such as a missing booklet or card), email
us immediately with your name and address, and describe the
matter. If it is our mistake, or it is defective, we will replace
or correct it right away. Otherwise, we do not accept returns
of opened, used or worn merchandise. Absolutely NO returns after
30 days. |

How to fill in the mail order form...
Tab or Click through each field (pressing
the 'Enter' or 'Return' key will reset the form). Type in item,
style name, quantity, (size, if a shirt) and price. Subtotals
and Grand Total will add up automatically (if you have scripting
turned on). Our form accepts up to 12 items. If you require additional
lines, please fill out a second form.
Do NOT attempt to email the mail-order
form to us...
The order form provided is to be printed and mailed to us with
your payment.
If you don't have a printer...
Just write everything on your own paper using our order form
as a general guide. And PLEASE make sure your handwriting is
clearly legible.
All info on the same sheet, neatly written
or typed...
Name and address must appear on the same sheet
as the items and quantity being ordered (whether using our order
form or your own paper). Do NOT assume we will copy the address
from your check or envelope.
E-mail or Phone is optional, but highly
recommended...
Some form of quick contact info is needed in case we need to
reach you with any questions about your order. ALL information
is kept PRIVATE and NEVER sold or traded to ANY third-party mailing
or e-mail lists. However, we will keep your email in our own
database to send you an update about every 3 months or when we
have something new to announce. If you are listing your work
email, or you do not wish to receive a quarterly update from
us, please note the "do not list" option and we will
only use that email in the event we must contact you about
your current order.
Double-check your order before sending...
Check your list of items, quantity, (shirt size if applicable),
and double-check the math! Don't forget to include payment (yes,
it does happen sometimes). Make sure YOUR address is correct.
Make sure OUR address is also correct when you write it on your
envelope.
